Decided to do a 2011 round-up! Since I haven’t been blogging much, this shall be a summary. 
I’ll be touching only on the more memorable bits though. Here goes!

First brunch of 2011.
French Toast @ Wild Honey
Eggs Benedict
Made sweet & sour mix ourselves so we could make Tokyo Iced Tea (cocktail). Searched high and low for sweet & sour mix but couldn’t find. Decided to make it ourselves and it was a success!
Strong man. We squeezed a hell lot of lemons and limes.
Saw the logo I designed (u@live) standing big and proud on the stage at NUS. It felt really good. =)

Was at one of the highest spots in Singapore. It was high.

Had chocolate overdose from a freaking pancake, can you believe it? Got into a bit of trouble after devouring it, but it was unforgettable.

Art-directed and doubled up as a food stylist for a food photo shoot for the Philips AirFryer. My first time doing this and it was exhilarating.
Felt super accomplished when I saw how good the photos turned out! ^-^

Did a photo shoot with a MediaCorp celebrity, Bryan Wong. He was extremely friendly and fun to have around! Glad to have had a chance to work with him.

Saw yen-j at Singapore Hit Awards! So lucky, thought I wouldn’t get to see him in 2011 since I missed his autograph session and concert because I was in Bali.

Met Emmanuel Stroobant, the Chef in Black! I’ve always seen him on TV cooking and couldn’t believe I actually saw him in FLESH at SQUE!!!
Was super excited and shy, but thanks to my boyfriend who helped me ask for a photo together, I managed to get this photo taken with Stroobant himself! WOOOHOOOO!!!

Flew to Phuket with my boyfriend. Did white-water rafting, ATV ride and elephant trekking. It was crazy fun!

Flew to Beijing, climbed the Great Wall of China with my parents.
Conqured the Great Wall!
Flew to Bali, had our private villa with private pool, and bungee jumped by the Seminyak beach. Scared the daylights out of me O_O

Flew to Taiwan and had 8 days of FUN FUN FUN! Super enjoyed exploring Tainan, Kaoshiung and Taipei with my boyfriend. I love Taiwan!

Got scared the shit out of myself at Sentosa’s Spooktacular – with my friends on Halloween night.

Had my first SAKE! I’ve always wanted to try. Shiok. Get drunk very fast.

Started watching EPL with my boyfriend and I gave a few players in Man Utd nicknames. Now he calls the players by the nicknames I gave. Hur hur hur!
It’s been an eventful 2011 and I’m happy we’re happy together.
