I was researching on where to bring my mother for her birthday dinner when I chanced upon a picture of a steam fish… garnished with lots of shredded spring onion, ginger and chilli in savoury dark sauce… MMMMMMMM…….!!!!!!!!!!

I want a 清蒸 gim bak lor now!!! (That was steamed seabass, if you couldn’t understand. Ahaha!)

I don’t think I can get any steamed fish at this odd hour, so I shall go sleep and dream about the sweet fish o’ mine.

p/s I think hor, after looking at that picture, I shall propose to my mummy about dining at that restaurant. The picture better not be deceiving!! T_T
